Partner with Risk, Finance and senior leaders to influence lending strategy and growth.
Forecast portfolio performance, losses and profitability to drive key business decisions.
We're looking to recruit a business analyst within a treasury team at a leading global bank.
This team supports core activities across funding, liquidity, capital, interest rate risk management, provisioning and regulatory reporting.
The role will work closely with stakeholders across product, credit, finance, technology, data and risk teams to support change initiatives and operational improvement programs.
Key responsibilities Prepare impact assessment for regulatory and operational changes in the team Gather, analyse and document business requirements Work with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business needs Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support better ways of working Support delivery across multiple transformation and change initiatives Contribute to regulatory and operational change activities Assist teams in preparing for and adapting to change Map current and future state processes Support agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives Required experience and skills 2 - 3 years experience as a business analyst within banking or financial services Experience working with both business and technical stakeholder groups Strong analytical and problem solving capability Ability to understand process flows and data movement across systems Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Understanding of agile delivery methodologies High attention to detail and adaptability in changing environments Experience supporting regulatory change will be viewed favourably This client is a well established financial services organisation operating within a complex and regulated environment, with a robust focus on collaboration and business improvement.
