The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role supporting customers with quotations, product selection and order management across a specialised product range.
We're open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
You may already be leading an internal sales team, or you may be looking for an opportunity to develop into a leadership role over time.
You'll receive thorough product training, including time spent alongside our warehouse team, giving you the knowledge and confidence to support customers from enquiry through to delivery.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Prestons, NSW, working Monday to Friday.




What You'll Be Doing Prepare quotations and process customer orders Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Interpret customer requirements and recommend suitable products Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment Maintain pricing, product information and customer records Support the wider team to deliver outstanding customer service About You Experience in internal sales, customer service or wholesale distribution Experience in the electrical industry or another technical wholesale or trade-related environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret customer requirements Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers Leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a Team Leader role Current driver's licence Full Australian working rights If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a successful business that values initiative, supports career development and promotes from within, we'd love to hear from you.
