TP Human Capital is seeking experienced Underground Service Crew Operators for a long-term hard rock mine in North Queensland.
Key Details: Pay: $73-$75hr + super on all rostered hours Roster: 7/7 FIFO – supporting work-life balance Shifts: 12.5-hour day and night shifts FIFO: Townsville, or Cairns (chartered flights) Inclusions: Flights, meals, and accommodation provided About the Role: Underground service crew work supporting safe and efficient mining operations, including operating light vehicles and underground equipment, and assisting with development and maintenance tasks.
What We're Looking For: Recent to Industry = Trades background required Underground mining experience in service crew or similar roles.
Strong safety focus and understanding of underground procedures Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn Defence, emergency services, mining, logistics, transport, maintenance,



or other safety-critical experience highly regarded Consistent work history with referees TP Human Capital proudly supports veteran employment.
