About the Role: We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our supportive team.
Working alongside experienced educators, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming workplace where every child feels valued and supported to thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 6 months to 6 years.
Support the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Ensure children's health, safety,
and wellbeing are maintained at all times.
Observe and document children's learning and development.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming learning environment.
Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and education team to uphold the centre's philosophy and values.
About the Candidate: Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or are a qualified Child Care Worker/Educator Have sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Are a confident, motivated educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 0–5 years Can design and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs Hold a current Working with Children Check Hold current First Aid and CPR Certificates If you are passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives and would like to be part of a collaborative and caring team, we would love to hear from you.
