We're seeking motivated individuals who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a varied, customer facing role.
This role requires a strong focus on providing exceptional service and processing bookings accurately and includes phone, email and face-to-face customer interactions, ticket sales, ferry bookings and vehicle check-ins.
Our business operates 365 days a year, so you will need to be available to work on a roster which can include weekends and public holidays.




About You Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service focused role will be highly advantageous Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across a diverse customer base Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure Ability to work on a rotating basis across our three terminals at Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich (North Stradbroke Island) Ability and willingness to work effectively independently and as part of a team Demonstrated reliability and ability to respond and adapt to changing business needs Previous experience in a dynamic environment with an ability to multitask and deliver against identified objectives Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills Previous experience in the tourism industry is desirable About Us SeaLink South East Queensland (SEQ) is the largest marine operator in Moreton Bay operating vehicle and passenger ferry services to Straddie, Southern Moreton Bay Islands and the Moggill Ferry.
