As the project progresses into the fitout phase, you'll complete a structured handover to the dedicated Fitout Site Manager before moving directly onto another major commercial project already secured within the region.
Your Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day site operations Manage site establishment and early works Coordinate civil and structural construction activities Drive programme,



productivity and construction milestones Supervise subcontractors and site personnel Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality Chair site meetings and toolbox talks Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives Manage site logistics, programming and sequencing Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget Oversee project documentation and statutory compliance Deliver a seamless handover into the fitout stage About You We're looking for an accomplished Site Manager with a proven history of delivering large-scale commercial projects.
To be considered, you'll possess: 5-10+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20 million+ Strong structural construction experience from groundworks through to completion of the structure Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence Current First Aid Certificate Outstanding leadership and communication skills A proactive, hands-on management style with a commitment to safety, quality and programme Why Cairns?
