About the Role: As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue.
You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, drive exceptional customer service standards, and support the Venue Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Your Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisory hospitality role Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers certifications (essential) Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop hospitality teams Strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving skills Experience managing venue operations, cash handling and compliance requirements Your Benefits and Rewards:
