What We're Looking For:



AHPRA-registered RNs EENs with full Australian work rights Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in your specialty nursing setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Able to assess patient conditions quickly and accurately Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Confident managing patient care autonomously in varied clinical settings Comfortable working solo or leading small teams when required Experience in high-pressure environments Ready to travel at short notice (for some contracts) Up for a challenge?
Willingness to work across different settings if needed Comfortable being away from home for extended periods Emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations Strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills Ability to hit the ground running in new healthcare settings Quick to adjust to different computer systems, policies, and teams Confident working in diverse environments, from small rural clinics to busy regional hospitals Where Will You Go?
