Residential Aged Care Traineeships | Earn While You Learn | No Care Work Experience Required Looking for a career where you can genuinely make a difference every day?
Whether you're returning to work, changing careers, or looking for your first step into the care sector, this paid traineeship gives you the opportunity to earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and build a rewarding career supporting older Australians.
This opportunity allows you to complete the nationally recognised CHC***** Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) while gaining paid, hands-on experience in a residential aged care facility.
Unlike home care, residential aged care allows you to provide ongoing, holistic support to the same residents each day, giving you the chance to build lasting relationships and make a real difference in their daily lives.
This traineeship combines on-the-job training, classroom learning, and ongoing mentorship, making it ideal for career changers, return-to-work candidates, and those passionate about supporting older Australians.

and compassionate towards others Have solid communication and customer service skills Are physically fit and work well independently in team environments Are a resilient, empathetic problem-solver Have your own vehicle and SA driver's licence (Preferred) Have a willingness to obtain a National Police Check and undertake a Manual Handling course What you'll learn You will develop skills in person-centred care, communication, legal and ethical practice, personal care, promoting healthy lifestyles, basic first aid, and supporting the independence and wellbeing of older people.
