We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team delivering community-based aged care services under the Support at Home program (90% of your caseload), with a small NDIS component (10%) to keep your skills broad.
This role is built for clinicians who want real work-life balance, not just the promise of it.
What Makes This Different Low, sustainable caseload — around 2 clients per day ****** per week) Dedicated support — a Client Experience Manager handles all bookings, scheduling, client liaison and invoicing, so you can focus purely on clinical work Funding model clarity — work confidently across Support at Home and NDIS funding, with training provided on both Genuine flexibility — full-time preferred, part time considered, choose your own start/finish times, no weekend work, and complete reports from home Real support structure — weekly supervision (2 × 30 min or 1 × 60 min), structured onboarding across all appointment types, and ongoing PD opportunities Who You'll Work With Predominantly older adults in the community,



with a smaller mix of NDIS participants — ideal for an OT who enjoys aged care work, home assessments, and building long-term rapport with clients, without the burnout of a high-volume caseload.
