Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial and retail property portfolio Building strong relationships with tenants and providing exceptional customer service Coordinating maintenance, contractors and property inspections Managing arrears,



budgets and financial reporting Assisting with lease administration, renewals and rent reviews Ensuring compliance across your portfolio and supporting ongoing asset performance About You This role is ideal for someone ready to step into their first Commercial Property Manager position or continue building on existing commercial property experience.
