You will work closely with the Brisbane Director has his "right hand" – to monitor and coordinate their projects throughout their implementation......as well as providing the usual PA and administrative support.
We're looking for a hands-on doer with initiative, strong organisational skills and has a genuine Big Picture focus and strategic intuition.
Your Skills and Attributes: Demonstrated track record in monitoring and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in a professional services environment with a stable employment track record.
Previous experience providing PA/ EA support.
Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal staff, management, clients and various external stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail, methodical approach and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
Enthusiastic, driven and team focused.
A positive, flexible can-do attitude.
Dedicated and reliable.
Strong computer literacy skills (Databases, Word, Excel etc).
Experience with Project Management software will be highly regarded.
