Forecast portfolio performance, losses and profitability to drive key business decisions.
We're partnering with a large Australian enterprise to assist them in finding an experienced IT Technical Delivery Coordinator to join their growing team!
Supporting the delivery of critical technology projects across one of Australia's most successful organisations, we're looking for someone who understands technology, can confidently manage technical change, and knows how to keep complex infrastructure deployments moving when challenges arise.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in coordinating IT infrastructure deployments who enjoys working across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
What you'll be doing Coordinate IT infrastructure deployments including networks, hardware, end-user technology and connectivity.
Manage technical changes, releases and implementation planning through ITIL processes.
Drive project activities, manage risks and keep delivery on track.
Coordinate internal technology teams,



external vendors and site stakeholders.
Attend Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and support project planning and scheduling.
To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience coordinating enterprise IT infrastructure or technology projects.
Robust knowledge of ITIL Change Management and technical change processes.
Understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, hosting and end-user technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Someone who can drive deadlines and influence outcomes.
Experience working across multiple technical teams and external suppliers.
Please note: This is not a pure PMO Coordinator role.
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience coordinating technical delivery and managing technical change, rather than project administration.
