What You Will Be Doing: Material Removal: Removed excess metal, burrs, and sharp edges from cast components using cutting, grinding, and sanding techniques to achieve the required shape and finish.
Surface Preparation and Finishing: Operated abrasive wheels, rotary tools, sanders, and hand files to smooth, polish, and refine castings in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
Quality Inspection: Conducted visual inspections of finished components to identify cracks, defects, and dimensional irregularities, ensuring products met safety, quality,



and operational requirements.
