Up to $160K + Superannuation Hybrid - 2 Days WFH High Impact role shaping HR end-to-end HR Manager | ANZ Sydney CBD Up to $160K Amazing opportunity to join a globally recognised luxury retail business, leading the Human Resources function across Australia New Zealand.
Reporting directly into the Senior HR Director, APAC, you'll partner closely with Senior Leaders across both Retail Corporate functions, driving people initiatives that support business growth while creating an exceptional employee experience.
The Role: Partner directly with Senior Leaders across Retail Corporate, providing strategic and operational HR support across Australia New Zealand.
Lead the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement and development.
Act as the trusted HR advisor, managing complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with Australian and New Zealand employment legislation, including the General Retail Industry Award.
Drive key people initiatives, partnering with regional HR teams to deliver performance, talent, reward, DE I and culture programs that support business objectives.
Lead and develop the HR Advisor while overseeing HR operations, Workday administration, reporting and Work Health Safety across the region.
Experience Responsibilities: Demonstrated HR HR Generalist experience within a fast-paced, multi-site environment,



ideally within Retail, Hospitality or a customer-focused industry.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, with exposure to General Retail Industry Award New Zealand employment law highly regarded.
Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters, coaching leaders and providing commercially focused HR advice.
Experience across end-to-end recruitment, talent management, organisational development and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies.
A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach, with strong stakeholder management skills and experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday.
