We are hiring on behalf of a dedicated NDIS service provider seeking a compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker.
This role involves supporting a young NDIS participant with mental health.
Responsibilities: Provide assistance and prompting with personal care.
Support with school drop-offs Monday to Friday.
Collaborate with the participant's family to ensure continuity of care.
About You: Experience working with children with ASD is highly desirable.
Patient, reliable, and empathetic in approach.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proactive and supportive in assisting the participant's daily routines.
Qualifications (Preferred): Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related fields.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Working with Children Check.
Experience with behaviour management strategies (advantageous).
