South32 GEMCO is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our mining operations on Groote Eylandt.
This is a FIFO role from Cairns or Darwin on a 7:7 roster, working *****-hour shifts across a day/night rotation.
In this role, you will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of a range of mining equipment across load and haul and ancillary activities.
Candidates must demonstrate strong production focus, adherence to site safety standards, and the ability to work within a high-performing team setting.
What you will be doing Operate multiple pieces of heavy mining equipment in a production environment Maintain high safety and operational standards in line with site procedures Complete pre-starts, fault reporting, and basic machine care Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets Equipment Experience Required: Haul Trucks (e.g. CAT 777, 785, 793) Excavators (e.g. Hitachi EX****, EX****, EX****) Loaders (e.g. CAT 992, 993) Dozers (e.g. CAT D10,
