Job Description Prepare and review financial statements, tax reports, and compliance filings to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting and tax standards.
Manage corporate tax obligations including income tax, GST, FBT, and withholding tax, alongside reporting, analysis, and advisory support.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journals, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
Provide financial analysis, variance insights, and reporting to support business decision-making.
Support audits, ATO queries, and regulatory reviews, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with transfer pricing, statutory reporting, and consolidation requirements.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance and accounting operations.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Corporate Accountant should have: Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, i.e. a CA or CPA or equivalent.




5 years' experience in professional services and industry, preferably financial reporting and analysis within retail.
Strong knowledge of Australian tax fundamentals and compliance as well as technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with accounting standards.
Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical financial practices.
