Accounting Management Accountant Perth Contract or Temp 3‐month contract opportunity for an experienced Contract / Management Accountant Role covering P L reporting, month‐end close, budgeting and forecasting Competitive contract rate of $45-$55 per hour, onsite role based in Kenwick, WA The Company An established contract logistics organisation is seeking an experienced Contract / Management Accountant to join its finance team on an initial 3‐month contract .
This role will support financial reporting, analysis and decision‐making across complex warehousing and distribution operations.
Based in Kenwick, WA , the position works closely with operations, finance and corporate stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate insights.
The Role Reporting to the Group Manager – Contract Logistics Finance, you will be responsible for the end‐to‐end management accounting function for multiple contract logistics sites.
Key responsibilities include: Preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly P L reporting Managing the month‐end close process and ensuring consistency between weekly and monthly results Balance sheet and control account reconciliations Preparation of journals including accruals, prepayments and reallocations KPI reporting and performance analysis across daily,



weekly and monthly cycles Integration of data from multiple operational systems into the financial ERP and Power BI Supporting annual budgeting and reforecasting cycles Customer profitability and capital expenditure analysis Preparation of weekly cash forecasts for group consolidation Assisting with half‐year and year‐end reporting , including liaison with external auditors Providing ad‐hoc financial analysis and insights to support business decisions About You You are a confident, hands‐on accountant who enjoys working in an operationally focused, fast‐paced environment.
You will bring: Degree in Accounting or Commerce with CA or CPA qualification Minimum 3 years' post‐graduate experience in a commercial environment Strong management accounting, reporting and analytical skills Strong Excel capability and comfort working with large datasets Experience with Dynamics Great Plains and/or Oracle Financials (highly regarded) but not a necessity Robust communication skills and the ability to partner with non‐finance stakeholders High attention to detail, accountability and sound judgement Contract Details Initial 3‐month contract $45–$55 per hour , depending on experience Onsite role – Kenwick, WA Immediate start preferred Apply now if you are an experienced Contract or Management Accountant available for a short‐term engagement and looking to add value quickly in a logistics‐focused environment.
