Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Representative to join a leading construction equipment dealership, managing a well-established territory throughout Canberra, Wagga Wagga and the surrounding Southern NSW region.
You'll represent an industry-leading range of construction and earthmoving equipment, working with civil contractors, builders, earthmoving businesses, councils, quarries and equipment owners across a diverse customer base.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of an established territory while identifying current opportunities to grow market share.
You'll spend your time meeting customers on-site, demonstrating equipment, developing tailored solutions and building strong partnerships that generate repeat business.
Success in this role comes from understanding your customers' operations, providing expert advice and delivering outstanding service throughout the sales process.

Wagga Wagga and Southern NSW Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Promote a premium range of construction and earthmoving equipment Conduct machine demonstrations and on-site customer presentations Prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Maintain an active CRM and sales pipeline Attend industry events, field days and customer open days About You To be successful, you'll ideally have experience selling: Construction Equipment Earthmoving Equipment Excavators Wheel Loaders Skid Steer Loaders Compact Track Loaders Rollers Telehandlers Backhoes Attachments Crushing Screening Equipment Plant Hire or other Capital Equipment You'll also possess: A proven track record in equipment or capital sales Strong business development and account management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities High levels of motivation and professionalism The ability to work independently while managing a regional territory A current driver's licence Why Join?
