Currently, we are looking for: LAWYER – DISPUTE RESOLUTION + LITIGATION | Cairns Mid-tier firm with a long standing reputation for excellence Work closely with two Directors Strong advisory, drafting and litigation skills (including advocacy) Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively Permanent role, salary negotiable SENIOR LAWYER – COMMERCIAL | Cairns At least 5 years' PAE with a robust focus on commercial law Expertise in contract law and corporate governance essential Experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation and management Attractive salary package negotiable + performance-based rewards SENIOR LAWYER – PROPERTY | Cairns At least 5 years' PAE in property or commercial law Drafting and negotiating contracts,



leases and development documents Strength in estate planning, probate succession law essential Generous salary package negotiable depending on experience Your Skills Experience To be successful in these roles, you will require: Relevant tertiary qualifications Advanced negotiation and communications skills; A strong client focus and commitment to superior service; A collaborative attitude and a proactive approach; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; The ability to form strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
