About the Role Join the finance team of a growing real assets investment manager supporting a portfolio of fund and project entities.
Broad exposure across fund accounting, financial reporting, development accounting and investment operations.

Key Responsibilities Prepare month-end management accounts and consolidated fund reporting.
Perform account reconciliations, journals and IFRS financial reporting.
Review property accounting prepared by external property managers.
Prepare unit pricing, investor reporting and statutory financial statements.
Manage tax compliance including BAS, GST, tax distributions and forecasts.




Coordinate external audits and support internal control processes.
Assist with debt management, investment administration and custodian instructions.
Support development projects, cost accounting and cash flow forecasting.
Contribute to process improvements, systems enhancements and finance documentation.
Assist with ad hoc reporting including portfolio analysis, Capex reporting and regulatory returns.
About You CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years' accounting experience, including post-qualification experience.
Strong technical accounting skills with consolidation experience.
Background in funds management, financial services or the property industry.
Experience with property accounting systems (MRI or similar) is highly regarded.
Strong Excel skills with a naturally analytical mindset.
Proactive, cooperative and comfortable partnering with stakeholders across the business.
Enjoys problem solving, improving processes and taking ownership of work.
