Roster: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday Roster.
What You'll Be Responsible For Leading the day-to-day operations of the store.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve sales success.
Driving store sales, profitability, and KPI performance.
Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.
Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.




Managing stock, rostering, and operational excellence.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
What They're Looking For Previous Store Management experience within fashion, apparel, or specialty retail.
A strong leader who enjoys developing and motivating teams.
Commercially focused with a proven ability to drive sales performance.
Passionate about customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
Well organised with strong operational skills.
Versatile availability across a full-time retail roster.
Salary Benefits $68,000 - $71,000 + super + bonus.
