Mining Mobilisation Coordinator / Administrator Location: Bibra Lake, WA Employment Type: Temp to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time Our client is a well-established mining and resources company based in Bibra Lake and is seeking an experienced Mining Mobilisation Coordinator / Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a growing business following an initial temporary period.
About the Role Working closely with the operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of personnel to mine sites across Western Australia while providing general administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Coordinating FIFO mobilisations for employees and contractors Booking flights, accommodation and site travel Organising medicals, inductions and training requirements Ensuring personnel remain compliant with client and site requirements Maintaining accurate employee records and mobilisation trackers Liaising with clients,



site contacts and employees General administration and document control Supporting the operations team with scheduling and coordination tasks About You Previous experience in a mining mobilisation, recruitment administration or FIFO workforce coordination role Strong organisational and time management skills High level of attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience using mobilisation or recruitment systems will be highly regarded What's on Offer Temp to permanent prospect Immediate start available Full-time, Monday to Friday position Bibra Lake location Supportive team environment Competitive hourly rate with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role If you have previous mobilisation or mining administration experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we would like to hear from you.
