About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within the Aged Care Facility, located near Central Coast.
Working collaboratively with your leadership team other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care Lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met maintained support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.
