Protech are currently seeking Field Officers to work from the Virginia Depot with the Fire Ant Program through Biosecurity Queensland starting 28/8/2026 This is an ongoing position and will require thorough and effective surveillance and treatment of insect pests through Southern Queensland.
Benefits: Long term, ongoing roles Outstanding pay rates- $34 + per hour Able to work a 9 day fortnight – Monday to Friday, with an RDO once a fortnight Hours of work: Start times between 6:30am and 7am.
Finish times between 3:30pm and 4pm.
