Entry and Exit Inspections as well as Reporting Routine inspections Rental reviews Arrears management Maintenance Bond disposals/ final bond reports Landlord and Tenant liaison Leasing Invoicing Not only will you be working with a diverse property brand that will excel your career but you will become part of a team who are dedicated to this industry.
To be considered for this role, you will need to display the following: CURRENT Certificate of registration is essential Ideally, 6 months experience in Property Management or Real Estate High level of communication and attention to detail Strong organisational skills Solid written verbal communication skills Outstanding telephone manner time management Well-presented Valid driver's license All applications will be held in strict confidence.
