This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your work has a direct and visible impact on what lands on the floor of our stores and in the hands of our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Purchase Orders Pricing Raising and managing purchase orders across both brands from sign-off through to delivery Negotiating pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible cost without compromising on quality Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all orders, costs and delivery schedules Sampling, Quality Control Assurance Managing the Top of Production (TOP) sample review process — coordinating sample requests, tracking receipt, reviewing against spec and communicating feedback to suppliers Managing quality assurance throughout the full production lifecycle including pre-production samples, fit samples and production samples Conducting quality control inspections on incoming stock; reviewing garments for workmanship, fit, measurements, fabric quality, colour consistency, trims, labelling and packaging before release for sale Working closely with the design and product teams to ensure all samples and production meet brand expectations and customer standards Identifying, documenting and escalating product defects, inconsistencies or compliance issues early to minimise risk to delivery timelines Liaising directly with manufacturers to resolve quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions Maintaining quality control records and providing regular reporting on supplier performance and product quality Recommending improvements to manufacturing and quality assurance processes to minimise defects and returns Production Management Tracking production progress across all active orders for both brands and maintaining clear,
real-time visibility across the production calendar Proactively managing supplier relationships to ensure production milestones are met and any delays are flagged and resolved quickly Communicating clearly and regularly with suppliers to resolve issues, push on timelines and hold partners accountable Logistics Deliveries Booking and coordinating all inbound international and domestic shipments, ensuring deliveries are planned and executed on time Managing delivery logistics to our Sydney warehouse and Sydney retail stores as the primary destination Managing the coordination of UK shipments for one of our brands as we scale our presence there, working with UK logistics partners to ensure smooth cross-border delivery Staying across customs, import documentation and freight requirements for both domestic and international shipments Liaising with the warehouse and store teams on inbound delivery schedules to ensure the right product arrives at the right place at the right time Resolving freight, delivery and inventory discrepancies as they arise Inventory Management Monitoring inventory levels across our warehouse and retail stores to maintain accurate stock visibility Assisting with stock forecasting and replenishment planning alongside the buying and operations teams Coordinating stock transfers between locations as required Investigating inventory variances and supporting stocktake processes Maintaining accurate inventory records across all business systems Systems,
Reporting Administration Maintaining production trackers and critical path documents that give the broader team clear, real-time visibility of where everything sits Maintaining purchase orders and supplier information within ERP and inventory management systems (Cin7, Shopify or similar) Preparing regular reports on production progress, inventory levels, freight status and supplier performance Ensuring all product data and documentation remain accurate and up to date across business systems Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiencies across production and logistics Supporting the business with production planning as both brands continue to grow and the product range expands WHO YOU ARE You have solid experience in a retail or fashion production role; you understand the full production cycle and know how to manage it under pressure You are exceptionally organised and detail-oriented You are a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with suppliers while holding them to account when it matters You are proactive by nature You understand garment construction, quality standards and how to review and give feedback on samples You have experience working with international suppliers and are comfortable with freight, customs and cross-border logistics You thrive in a rapid-moving, small team environment where you take genuine pride in the work you do Experience across both Australian domestic and international markets is highly regarded Experience working with 3PL providers and managing freight forwarder and customs broker relationships Experience using ERP or inventory management systems ie Cin7, Shopify, NetSuite or similar is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite Experience across womenswear, menswear and swimwear is a plus
