This is not a standard Profit Centre Manager role.
You'll step into a Manager in Waiting position, working across established branches, learning the full business, and preparing to take ownership of your own site.
What you'll be doing: Drive sales and customer engagement across multiple branches in Melbourne's north west region Build robust relationships with trade customers and suppliers Support and influence team performance alongside existing leaders Learn full Profit Centre operations (P L, people, performance)
