About You We're seeking a commercially minded executive with a proven ability to lead operational businesses and deliver sustainable growth.
Ideally, you will bring: Previous experience as a CEO,



General Manager, Managing Director or Chief Operating Officer.
A strong background within the construction industry or a closely related sector.
Proven commercial acumen, with the ability to drive profitability and operational performance.
Experience leading business transformation, operational improvement and high-performing teams.
A Builder's Licence (highly desirable) A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels.
