About the Role Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of education projects from pre-construction through to completion.
You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, overseeing budgets and programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Job Requirements Approximately 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager within a commercial head contractor environment.
Demonstrated experience successfully delivering education projects within Australia.
Strong understanding of D C contracts, project programming and cost management.
Excellent knowledge of Australian building regulations, codes and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing project teams.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
