We're looking for a customer focused professional from the residential construction industry to join one of Queensland's most respected home builders to be their next Customer Service Liaison Officer / Project Coordinator.
You'll manage the client journey throughout the pre-construction phase, ensuring a smooth transition from deposit to contract signing.
Day to day, you will coordinate appointments, maintain project documentation, provide regular client updates,



and liaise with internal teams including Sales, Drafting, Estimating and Contracts.
You will assist with plans, pricing and contract presentations while ensuring projects remain on schedule and clients receive an exceptional level of service throughout the process.
The ideal person for this job will have prior experience working with a home builder in either sales or in administration.
