experienced installation team Stable pipeline of repeat work from long-standing clients Supportive management and genuine long-term career prospects The Role Supervise commercial roofing and cladding installation projects Lead and mentor a small installation crew Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects run safely and efficiently Liaise with builders, project managers and clients Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with WHS requirements Plan labour, materials and project timelines Complete site reporting and toolbox talks About You Previous experience supervising commercial roofing projects Strong background in metal roofing, cladding and flashings Able to read construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership and communication skills Safety-focused with a hands-on approach White Card and current Driver's Licence essential If you're looking to join a business that genuinely values its people, delivers quality projects, and has built its reputation over four decades through repeat business and exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
