About the Role Lead a small crew of formwork carpenters and labourers on a commercial highrise project in Brisbane CBD fringe.
You'll work hands-on alongside your team while reporting to a site supervisor who provides strong operational support.
This is a full-time, direct engagement with the company — not labour hire — with an immediate start and a clear pipeline of ongoing Brisbane projects to follow.




Duties Supervise a crew of formwork carpenters and labourers on a commercial highrise Coordinate daily task allocation and set out works from construction drawings Maintain safety and quality standards across all formwork operations Liaise with site supervisors and coordinate with other trades on site Assist on the tools as required to keep works on schedule Skills Experience Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter or Leading Hand on commercial projects Strong knowledge of commercial formwork systems (e.g., Doka, PERI, or equivalent) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Current White Card (mandatory) Solid leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills Carpenters Cert Culture People enjoy working on these sites because the job is well-scheduled, materials are organised, and you're set up to succeed from day one.
