Machine Operator – Short Term Contract (3-6 months) Shifts: Monday to Friday | 3:00pm – 11:00pm Pay: $***** per hour We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join the team at Vinidex on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a stable and well-established manufacturing business in a structured Monday–Friday afternoon shift role.
What You'll Be Doing: Operate PE pipe recycling equipment including shredding, granulation, washing, and pelletising systems Inspect incoming materials and monitor recycled output to meet quality standards Maintain safe and effective material flow throughout the recycling process Identify contamination, equipment faults, or process issues and report as required Assist with housekeeping and basic preventative maintenance Work toward production targets while upholding safety and quality standards Collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement and safe work practices Shift Details:
