We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our new and used vehicle departments at our Rockhampton dealership.
About the Role As Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving strong sales results across both new and used vehicles.
You will mentor and develop staff, manage stock levels, and work closely with senior management to deliver on business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets Manage new and used vehicle stock, pricing,
