About the Role We're looking for an experienced Business Director to join our Sydney team.
This role is suited to a senior client leader with a strong track record in advertising, brand, creative or integrated agency environments.
You'll be responsible for leading key client relationships, driving account growth, overseeing the development and delivery of breakthrough creative work, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful business outcomes.
As a trusted advisor to clients, you'll bring strategic thinking, commercial acumen and exceptional relationship management skills, ensuring we continue to deliver market-leading work while growing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Lead and nurture senior client relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
Partner with strategic, creative and production teams to deliver integrated marketing and communications solutions.
Identify opportunities for organic account growth and new business development.
Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients, helping solve complex business challenges.
Oversee campaign delivery from briefing through execution while ensuring quality, timing and budget expectations are met.
Manage forecasting, scopes of work and account profitability.
Lead client presentations, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
Mentor and develop junior members of the client services team.
Foster strong collaboration across Droga5 and the broader Accenture Song network.

Qualification What We're Looking For Significant experience in client leadership, account management or business leadership roles within an advertising, creative, media or integrated agency environment.
Demonstrated success managing large or complex client portfolios and building trusted senior stakeholder relationships.
Strong commercial capability, including experience managing budgets, forecasting and account profitability.
Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative ambition with commercial outcomes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
Passion for creativity and its role in delivering business growth.
