Beachside office location offering an outstanding lifestyle As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will require: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator delivering luxury residential, multi-residential or Class 2 high-rise projects.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Experience managing subcontract procurement, progress claims, variations, EOTs and cost reporting.
Sound understanding of NSW Class 2 compliance , including the Design Building Practitioners (DBP) Act.
Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage project finances from procurement through to completion.
