2+ years in a management role in a similar venue Experience working in a gaming venue Robust Food Beverage knowledge Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends Ability to stocktake and investigate the stock loss Train, performance manage, and motivate staff Work with and communicate effectively within a team Experience with H L, Ivy Seven rooms desirable RLMV Approved Managers License We value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
