About the Role As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated WHS Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baranduda on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our WHS Manager and wider HR team, playing an important role in supporting workplace health and safety initiatives across our seven NSW and Victoria branches.
Working alongside the WHS Manager, you'll provide administrative support across a broad range of workplace health and safety functions, including assisting with the rollout of a new Workplace Health Safety Management System (WHSMS).
You'll help ensure records are accurate, compliance requirements are met and employees are supported in using the new system effectively.
Your responsibilities will include : Provide administrative support for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the WHSMS Assist with incidents, hazards,



risk assessments, plant and equipment records Maintain contractor pre-qualification, licences, tickets and competency registers Coordinate WHS training, inductions and maintain training records Support incident investigations and corrective action tracking Assist with Return-to-Work administration Prepare and maintain WHS documentation and reports Participate in branch meetings, WHS meetings and ongoing professional development Contribute to a positive team environment while upholding Yenda Group values and safety standards About You To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate: Previous administration experience, with WHS administration highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information An understanding of Workplace Health Safety principles (NSW/VIC knowledge desirable) Experience using DoneSafe or a similar WHS management system will be highly regarded A proactive approach and willingness to learn What We Offer : Part-time role with negotiable days and hours to suit the successful candidate Market-competitive salary and benefits package - including 17.5% annual leave loading!
