The Role: You will be exposed to different operations and aspects of the business which will help you to advance in your career and growth from financials, stock management, rostering and general BOH.

You will oversee multiple bars, dining outlets, functions, live entertainment, gaming and all staffing requirements, all reporting to the General Manager.
You will also have the chance to lead a team of professionals and train new employees with a focus on service and memorable guest experiences.
To be considered for this job you will need : Experience in a similar management role.




Experience in food and beverage operation highly desirable Have a hands on approach to the role and be able to support the floor team in every area Must be a team player and not above getting your hands dirty Exceptional communication skills.
Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
Work well under pressure and adapts to change.
