An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Property Lawyer with approximately 2 -4 years' post-admission experience to join a respected and growing legal team.
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of commercial property matters and the chance to work closely with experienced practitioners while developing strong client relationships and taking increasing responsibility for your own files.
You will advise a broad client base, including developers, investors, businesses and private clients across matters such as: Commercial acquisitions and disposals Commercial, industrial and retail leasing Property development and subdivision projects Due diligence and transaction management Commercial agreements and property advisory work General property transactions and related matters To be successful in this role, you will have:



Approximately 2-4 years' PAE in commercial property law Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills The ability to manage matters with a degree of autonomy Excellent communication and client relationship skills A commercial and solutions-focused approach A desire to build a long-term career in property law This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team where your contribution will be recognised and valued.
