Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and parcel returns Manage returns and damaged goods in accordance with company procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment at all times Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity Team Leadership Development Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff - including daily task assignment, shift rotation, and performance monitoring Onboard and train new team members on responsibilities, tasks, and company procedures Support staff with attendance management and day-to-day performance Fill in across operational areas when required, including pick packing, physical labour, SAP updates, and customer service support Inventory Reporting Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and cycle counts Ensure accuracy of all deliveries, shipments, and stock movements Maintain daily reports, incident records, and data entry Maintain,



update and support internal and external operational systems including but not limited to SAP, EGS, Magento, FedEx Stratus and E-parcel Create and manage new items and kit items in SAP Compliance Safety Enforce and promote workplace health and safety standards - ensuring all staff comply with WHS requirements and operational procedures Ensure operations meet all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with internal departments including Customer Service and Accounts to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Collaborate with overseas branches and regional teams to support order processing, inventory availability, and customer requirements Liaise with customers regarding orders - in person, by phone, and via email Escalate and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner What We Are Looking For 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a quick-paced environment Background in transportation, freight, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Tech-savvy - ability to learn new systems quickly Proficiency in SAP and experience with logistics systems highly regarded Physically capable of performing hands-on warehouse duties $70,000 - $75,000 +S per year and flexible working hours At HOBAN we encourage applications from people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people of all genders, LGBTI people, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
