Key Responsibilities:  Prepare and cook a variety of Northern Chinese dishes to a high standard  Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals  Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards  Assist with menu planning and kitchen operations  Work efficiently as part of a team in a busy environment Requirements:
