Job Description Hourly or Day Rate Weekly Pay Tier 2 Safety Methods Position required: Engineer – Tier 1 Principal Contractor Focus: Services Mechanical Duration: 10 weeks+ Location: Hills area Project: Large refurbishment WHAT'S ON OFFER Exciting project in Sydney's hills area Tier 1 Principal Contractor Competitive Hourly or Daily Rates (PAYG or PTY options) Weekly pay Work within well-resourced and systems-driven delivery teams Potential for long-term employment (contract-to-perm opportunities) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordination of mechanical and building services design Overseeing services integration during construction phases Managing services, subcontractor,s and commissioning teams Liaising with clients, consultants, and engineers across design and delivery Assisting with tendering and reviewing building services scopes Budget tracking and reporting of services packages Identifying, managing, and resolving design changes or site variations Ensuring compliance with project safety, quality,



and performance targets KEY REQUIREMENTS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or similar Proven experience delivering mechanical or building services packages in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate service programs effectively Understanding of services commissioning, HVAC, hydraulics, and BMS systems Commercially astute with experience in services contract negotiation and administration Solid communication and reporting skills Applicants must be based in Sydney or elsewhere in Australia with full working rights.
