Transport and Rail Wetherill Park, Sydney, Australia Weighbridge Officer $***** per hour casual rate Rotating roster, day, afternoon and night shifts Weekend work required Wetherill Park location Immediate start We are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to perform a casual role in Wetherill Park.
The successful candidate will have a versatile timetable and be able to fulfil full time hours over a rotating roster 7 days per week, including evenings.
Responsibilities will include: Weighing trucks in and out of site and producing customer dockets; Providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face; Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation; Monthly account reconciliation; and Completion of on boarding and inductions.
Skills and experience will include:



Prior experience working in a customer focused role; General administrative skills such as data entry; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; A friendly, customer focused attitude; Previous experience with cash handling; Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products such as excel.
