As a Staff Specialist Anaesthetist you will: Deliver specialist anaesthetic services across a broad range of surgical specialties Participate in the Specialist Anaesthesia Outreach Program Supervise and mentor junior doctors and trainees Contribute to teaching, quality improvement and clinical governance Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team Play an important role in supporting healthcare delivery across regional and remote Queensland Total remuneration packages can exceed $450,000–$500,000+ depending on experience, roster participation and private practice arrangements.
