Physiotherapist FT/PT TAS Location: Launceston Tasmania Employment Type: Full-time Part-time Salary: Negotiable depending on yeas of Experience About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join a leading multidisciplinary allied health team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

You will work with a diverse caseload that may include paediatric, adult, disability, neurological, musculoskeletal, and rehabilitation clients.
Whether delivering therapy in modern clinics, community settings, or via telehealth, you'll be empowered to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your clients.
Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their functional goals.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians, Podiatrists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A client-focused approach with strong clinical reasoning.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (preferred for community-based roles).
