FT, Permanent - $85,*******,000, plus super The Member Support and CPD Advisor plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience for ACEM members and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) participants, providing consistent, high-quality support across both areas.
This role builds broad expertise across Member Support and CPD and brings a perspective that strengthens alignment and shared ways of working between them.
Reporting to the Manager, Member Support, and working within the Department of Membership and Corporate Services, you will shape how support is delivered across both areas – responding to demand and business priorities and stepping in to maintain continuity during peak periods and periods of leave.
