Accounting Finance (AO) Accounting Support Staff Northern Suburbs Contract or Temp 17/7/2026 1 September start 6 month contract 9 day fortnight!
Our long standing client within the manufacturing industry is in the market for a Payroll and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team to cover a maternity leave role.
Work in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne, great hours being 7am - 4pm and take every 2nd Friday off and 3 weeks break over Christmas!
Working with this small close knit team, you will be responsible for: Daily payroll exceptions processing; Weekly payroll including payroll and super payments processing circa 250 employees; Recent employee/terminated employee processing; Daily Invoicing; Inventory input; Daily cash receipt allocations; Co-ordinating transport of inventory.
You will have a solid payroll background across similar sized payroll and have broad accounts skills across AR, AP and inventory.
This is a 1st September start, Pronto experience highly regarded.
